Paul Gregg PGthebeeguy is the bee keeper responsible for all the products produced by our bees. Our premium grade organic honey is made by the hard working bees of the Hibiscus coast. It is mainly a multiflora honey and the nectar gathered is dependant on the most common flowering plant at the time in proximity to our apiary. Our honey is organic and has no additives or blending with other honey and so is not irradiated. It's as pure as the Hibiscus Honey Bees can make it. We don't fine filter to ensure that some pollen is present in the honey which greatly enhances the flavour. We extract and process the combs by hand to avoid the heat normally introduced by mechanical extraction.
